Welcome to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform of Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all employees and authorized members of Octopyder.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into and using this CRM, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference.

2. Authorized Use

Only employees and registered members of Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd. may access this platform.
Use of this CRM must be strictly for company-related tasks and official communication.
Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is prohibited.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality

Users must ensure that any client or internal data handled on this CRM is treated as confidential.
Copying, exporting, or distributing company data without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Report any suspected breaches or vulnerabilities to the IT department immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

Keep your password secure and update it regularly.
Log out from the CRM after use, especially on shared devices.
Use CRM tools ethically and in accordance with company policies.

5. Monitoring and Compliance

All activity on the CRM is subject to monitoring by Octopyder's system administrators to ensure security and compliance. Misuse may result in disciplinary action.

6. Modification of Terms

Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via internal memo or CRM dashboard notifications.

7. Termination of Access

Access to the CRM can be revoked at any time for violations of these terms or upon termination of employment.
All data remains the property of Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd. and must be surrendered if requested.
